I can't believe it's already the start to a new year. 2012 went by in a flash. I have a lot to be thankful for and I think I accomplished quite a bit last year. Most importantly, my daughter was born in January of 2012, so that was a major life change. Watching her grow and learn throughout the year has been humbling and inspirational. I also made the leap of changing careers, leaving my 15 years of retail customer service behind for glazing project management. It has not been an easy transition, but very rewarding and I'm learning new things every day. Then I released my first novel, Provex City, on Amazon, and finishing writing the second book in the series, SUSY Asylum. Dear God, I'm tired. What accomplishments and challenges await me in 2013?
Well, I'm starting the year off with a Provex City blog tour throughout the month of January, starting tomorrow. Click on the link above to see the tour dates and stops. SUSY Asylum is going through its final proofread and will be read to be sent to Createspace in about a month's time. I'm hoping for an April release. As soon as SUSY's submitted, I'll finally get to begin writing the third book in the series.
This brings me to a few goals I have for 2013:
- Start and finish the manuscript for Book 3
- Build Provex City's Amazon reviews to 100
- Get Provex City and SUSY Asylum on all the major online retailers
